Locker rollout programs
(For national big box retailer)

 

We received a referral from an independent contractor. We then partnered with a large European locker supplier and manufacturer to plan the rollout of the installation at a big box retailer with 100+ locations in Canada and the US. Services rendered were project management, planning and scheduling of the rollout and resources necessary to complete the installs, after-install reporting, follow up and ongoing service fulfillment. Lockers were of different sizes, 6 to 25 columns (26 to 116 doors). Technician hours totaled approximately 2,200. Management hours were over 800.

We’ve also provided similar locker rollout programs for various universities and corporations as well as the United Nations.

Utilizing a strategic provider partnership with a global technology company, we provided technicians across Canada to fulfill service requirements. Initial project planning included plotting over 5,400 locations in Canada and creating a pricing-per-location structure based on historical service data. Initial management was heavy and ongoing management/reporting is very detailed. Since July 1, 2017 we have serviced and installed at approximately 300 locations of a national pharmacy retail chain—and the number of service/install requests is increasing weekly!

Our overall customer exposure varies from small to large retail, corporate, credit unions, banks and government clients. For our clients, we have successfully managed many different programs across Canada and the US, including the installation and servicing of thermal printers, heavy-duty dot matrix printers, function specific Lexmark and HP laser printers, automated cash management systems and POS Barcode Scanners. Our experience is varied and diverse and if we haven’t done it yet, we are set up to learn your system and/or product so that we can.
